BEFORE: Too Dark, Cramped and Cluttered
This bathroom featured outdated tile and not enough lighting to properly illuminate the space.
The small shower felt dark and lacked design.
AFTER: Bright, Open and Modern
Contractor Renato Garcia designed the floor plan with a new layout making this once dark, cramped, cluttered bathroom into a bright, open and modern space.
Renato knocked out the dysfunctional and dated vanity and replaced it with a fresh, modern vanity with double drawers and sophisticated quartz counters. The large floating vanity has the added benefit of providing extra storage for the family to store their essentials.
The sleek frameless glass shower and matte black shower panel with fixed head made the shower modern and stylish creating an open, airy feeling in the space.
The space was gutted from floor to ceiling to create this oasis. The dark and outdated floor and wall tiles are replaced with white-and-gray porcelain tiles. A large frameless LED lighted mirror and sconce with white shades made the room white, bright and fresh. This toilet took on new
life with the new layout.
