Project Overview
This dated kitchen lacked style and function. RRF Garcia Construction & Design enhanced the look by tearing down the partition wall to make the kitchen look modern, brighter, airy and functional. Roll out and soft close cabinets and drawers were installed on the entire kitchen cabinets and island for extra storage. The kitchen island also introduces extra seating and useable space. Removed top-mount two-hole sink and replaced it with undermount 16-gauge stainless steel kitchen sink. Pendant lights were installed on the island for added lighting. USB ports and additional electric outlets were installed on the island for gadgets. For an upgraded look ceramic tiles were installed on the kitchen floors.
BEFORE: Dark and Outdated

The dark stained wooden cabinets make this kitchen feel outdated, dark, and cramped. An open floor plan would help create more flow in this space.

Tear down this partition wall to make the kitchen look bigger, brighter, modern and functional.

AFTER: White and Bright

The placements of the refrigerator, oven and countertops made the appearance of the entire kitchen modern, airy and functional. The kitchen island also introduces extra seating and useable space.

Removed top-mount two-hole sink and replaced it with undermount 16-gauge stainless steel kitchen sink. Ceramic tiles were installed on the kitchen floors for an upgraded look.

USB ports and additional electric outlets were installed on the island for gadgets.

The shaker cabinets with white color and white countertops made the kitchen look bright and impressive. The island was constructed to increase usable countertop space and provide a second, more casual dining area.
